Hi, I’m Skye - an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best, build confidence around food, and create simple, sustainable habits that last well beyond any medication.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many clients using GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro.
Through these one-on-one appointments, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible benefits these medications can offer.
But I’ve also seen the challenges they can bring, from appetite changes and side effects to navigating balanced nutrition and long-term health goals.
That’s why I created GLP Nutrition: a dedicated space offering practical, realistic, dietitian-led support for people on a GLP-1 journey.
